S-Matrix offers a variety of free Customer Technical Support. These options help the user get the most use of, and benefits from, the powerful design of experiments and data mining tools in Fusion Pro. S-Matrix customer support options include telephone, FAX, and electronic mail support. S-Matrix also offers consulting services and on-site training programs. These support and service options are described below.
S-Matrix offers free technical support for 90 days from the date of purchase. Thereafter S-Matrix provides a variety of Customer Technical Support options for Fusion AE users under a Fusion AE Support Agreement. These options help the user get the most use of, and benefits from, the powerful design of experiments and data mining tools in Fusion AE. S-Matrix customer support options include telephone, FAX, and electronic mail support. S-Matrix also offers consulting services and on-site training programs. These support and service options are described below.

Telephone Customer Support
Telephone customer support is available between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., pacific standard time. The customer support number is 1-707-441-0406. When calling, you should be at your computer and have the following information available:
1. Your name.
2. Your company name, address, and telephone number with extension.
3. The Product version number.
4. Your computer type and configuration, including:
- The central processing unit (CPU).
- The amount of random access memory (RAM).
- The amount of available hard disk space.
- The version of Microsoft Windows you are running.
6. The exact wording of any messages displayed on the screen.
7. A clear statement of what you were doing and what happened. If possible, the statement should include the exact sequence of operations that caused the problem.
FAX Customer Support
The FAX customer support line is available 24 hours a day. The FAX number is 1-707-441-0410. When sending a customer support FAX, be sure to include the information described in items 1.-7. above under Telephone Customer Support.
Electronic Mail Customer Support

Consulting is helping you use your S-Matrix product to successfully implement Design of Experiments (DOE) methods on your project. Consulting provides one of our experts to help you with any and all aspects of project planning, experiment design, data analysis, historical data mining, and interpretation and reporting of results. Our consulting enables you to dramatically shorten your product development time and optimize the results of your work.
Consulting is charged at $150.00 per hour billable in 10 minute increments. Consulting requires prepayment or a valid purchase order.
S-Matrix provides on-site training programs in Design of Experiments (DOE) methods using our software products. Our training programs are put on at your facility, and can be custom-tailored to your company and your specific target applications.
S-Matrix's DOE training programs provide training in experiment strategies, design of experiments, data analysis, graphical visualization, and product and process optimization.
