Academic Collaboration – Fusion Inhaler Testing
S-Matrix Corporation is pleased to announce a new collaborative effort with a leading research group in the Department of Pharmacy and Pharmacology at the University of Bath. The collaboration, done in association with S-Matrix’s U.K. distributor CI Informatics, will focus on the application of Quality-by-Design principles to Inhalation Device Design and Inhaled Drug Formulation.
Under this collaboration the research group at Bath University will utilize S-Matrix’s Fusion AE Informatics Software platform – Inhaler Testing Q.C. and Respiratory Drug Development modules – to support ongoing respiratory drug R&D projects. The research group will also independently validate all Inhaler Testing calculations performed and reported by the Fusion Inhaler Testing modules.
