Ordering Information:

S-Matrix accepts purchase orders (POs), money orders, Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. For credit card orders we need the following information:

• Cardholder Name
• Card Type (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express)
• Card Number
• Expiration Date

Your credit card order or company PO # should contain your "Bill To:" and "Ship To:" instructions with physical street addresses (no post office boxes).

International orders must be paid in full in advance. Please pay S-Matrix only the base license and shipping fees. Do NOT pay import tariffs, duties and taxes to S-Matrix. UPS will collect them (see UPS Collection Options below).

UPS Collection Options - DOCKING FEES, TARIFFS, DUTIES, TAXES:

S-Matrix ships via UPS. They act as the export broker for collection of appropriate tariffs, duties, and taxes. All international sales of S-Matrix software products should proceed via one of the two options listed below.

1. Bill 3rd Party - UPS bills all import charges (docking fees, tariffs, duties and taxes) to the customer account. To use this option you must provide S-Matrix with your UPS account number in advance.

2. Freight Collect - Customer pays all import charges (docking fees, tariffs, duties and taxes) at time of delivery. UPS accepts checks or money orders only - no credit cards.
